Track Unlocks
Once a fan unlocks a reward, we'll send them & you a notification of the reward. We help you track all the fans who've unlocked your rewards.
FAQ
Some frequently asked questions about our audio messages
Rewards are based on a fan's total cumulative donations.Â
So when you set your reward's minimum amount, this defines what a fan needs to hit with the total contributions to unlock that reward.Â
This is a nuanced, but important decision.Â
Fixed pricing is too much like ecommerce shopping, where fans pay some fixed amount to buy a certain product.Â
As a fan engagement platform, we didn't want to replicate an existing shopping cart model.Â
We think our model, of rewarding fans based on their ongoing donations and tips, is a much more appropriate way to engage fans...vs a transactional shopping cart model.Â
Reward levels can be anything! Here's a few categories we think might be interesting...
- Episode shout outs.
- Featuring your audio message on an episode.
- A 30-minute Zoom call.
- Access to a PDF download.
- Access to your Slack or Discord channel.
- Access to your paid newsletter.Â
- Tickets to an upcoming event.Â
- Access to your course.Â
When you archive a reward level, only fans who have already unlocked that reward will still have access to that reward.Â
This is why we don't let you completely delete a reward.Â
If you raise the minimum amount, any fan who have already unlocked that reward will still have that reward unlocked.Â
If you lower the minimum amount, any fan who now already qualifies for that reward due to their existing total donations, will be automatically unlock that reward on their NEXT donation.Â
