We encourage fans to fill out and show off their bios on fan pages, and they agree to share their contact info with the fan pages they engage with.
Downloadable CSV
Your Fanlist contact list is fully downloadable as a CSV. Upload your contacts list into your newsletter or email provider. Keep your superfans in the loop!
Mailchimp Integration
Sync your Fanlist contact list with your Mailchimp account in seconds. Every fan captured on your fan page is instantly pushed to your newsletter list.
Search, Sort, Filter
You can fully search, sort, and filter your contacts by all the data points we capture about your contacts. Search by name, filter by Twitter, sort by donations, etc.
Paid Accounts Only
Your Fanlist contacts list is for paid accounts only. For the free Hobby account, we still capture your contacts...ready for you to access when you upgrade!

Some frequently asked questions about our audio messages
Contacts are only available on our paid accounts.Â
If you have a free Hobby plan, we're still capturing those fans for you, but you'll need to upgrade to a paid plan to unlock those contacts.Â
Since all fans are required to have a Fanlist account, we pass their bio info to you when they engage with your fan page.Â
When fans sign up for a Fanlist account, they are agreeing to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which tells them that we'll be sharing their info with the fan page creators they engage with.Â
Yes!
Connecting your Mailchimp account takes just a couple seconds. After connecting your Mailchimp account and selecting your audience, you can export your entire list to Mailchimp with just a click of a button.Â
Yes, it's done automatically.Â
While you can't change what that Mailchimp tag it...we automatically tag all contacts we push to Mailchimp with "Fanlist" under the "Source" column.
