Yes. Whether you're on a Hobby or paid plans, you can enable the Chat Room feature.
Nope. You and your fans can post as many messages as they like.
Chat Room fees are consistent with our PodInbox account tiers.
PodInbox collects 0% fees with our Pro and Business plans, and a small 5% transaction fee with our Free Hobby plan.
Stripe does collect some payment processing fees for handling credit card transactions. This transaction fee is an industry standard norm for credit card processing. This Stripe fee is typically 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction.
Currently, we send email notifications and in-app notifications when someone joins your chat room.
We don't have notifications yet for when someone posts a message...but that should be coming soon!
Yes. If you're the fan page Admin. You can easily delete any message, and you can suspend any chat room participant from posting.
